BENCH PRESS Main Event
Solid work;
I am climbing up the ladder one baby step at a time. All the high rep
assistance work for chest is paying off because I am feeling much stronger at
the bottom of the Bench Press. I know I need to up the volume on direct chest
work to keep this forward progress, so I will work towards that in the coming
weeks.
