OFF
THE CHEST:
1. Paused Reps on Bench Press
2. Pin Presses
3. Isometric Holds (at the end of
the workout)
4. Ring Push-ups or Deficit Push-ups
MID
PRESS / HALFWAY THROUGH:
1. Banded Bench Press
2. Spoto Press
3. Weighted Dips
4. Explosive Push-ups to benches or
stacked plates
LOCKOUT:
1. Floor Press
2. Close Grip Bench Press
3. Board Press
4. Tricep Extensions, Pressdowns,
etc - all isolation lifts to burn triceps at the end of the workout
ADDITIONAL
NOTES:
1. Train Upper Back via ROWS with
same volume as bench
2. Work the Overhead Press
