TRICEP Day
Good high volume tricep
session. I have loose shoulder joints that are prone to very painful
dislocations and doing dips is a skill I have had to learn. Well, I pretty much
nailed it today. All I have to do is flare my elbows out beside me instead of
pushing them back behind me. I just need to mimic the bench press movement.
That's it. Now the volume and weights will start climbing. I am also debating
throwing in some more tricep or chest-oriented exercises for a few sets and
high reps on this workout.
Weighted Dips:
+20 kgs x 7 reps x 3
sets
Dips:
BW x 10 x 5
Tricep Band Pressdowns:
#1 x 20 x 8
