TRICEP Day
I added chains to the
dips because they ease my shoulder joints into the movement and I am happy with
the outcome. My buddy Yuvraj progressed aggressively on Deadlifts using Eric
Troy's Quality Volume Training protocol and all in all we got some good
numbers.
Chained Dips:
18,5 kgs x 6 reps
23,5 x 5
28,5 x 4 PR
28,5 x 4
Dips:
BW x 12 x 3 sets
BW x 14
Volume = 69
Tricep Band Pressdowns:
#1 x 20 x 6
