TRICEP Day
Need some more work on
my technique. I think in another 2 or 3 sessions at the most I will nail it
down. Featured in the video is a shirtless Yuvraj pulling 230 kgs for a single
at the end of his QVT workout.
Weighted Dips:
20 kgs x 6 reps

Dips:
BW x 12 x 3 sets

Tricep Band Pressdowns:
