TRICEP Day
I thought I'd make up
for lost time and do some Overhead Press Medley work today but it seemed like
I'd be tiring myself out right before Deadlifts. So I accepted my loss this
week of not doing my OHP session and I went ahead and trained Chained Dips.
Good stuff.
Chained Dips:
10 kgs + 8,5c x 6
15 + 8,5c x 5
20 + 8,5c x 4 x 2 sets
8,5c x 7
8,5c x 5 x 4
Volume = 46
Tricep Band Pressdowns:
#1 x 20 x 6
