SQUAT & POSTERIOR
CHAIN Training
This is the second half
of the workout. Front Squats absolutely buried me and on 143 kgs the bar slipped
and slid down my right delt which made the tail end of the lift very very very
difficult. I'm really happy with this workout.
Weekly Back Volume = 125
+ 20 + 50 = 195
Front Squats:
105 kgs x 3 reps
115 x 2
125 x 1
135 x 1
143 x 1 @ 98.6%
Back Squats:
125 x 5 x 2 sets
Snatch Grip Deadlifts
