EXTRA Workout 5
Eric Troy's new template
for me is feeling really good. I am feeling a hell of a lot stronger and much
more energetic. I can sense quite a few PRs coming my way. The overall
structure is very loose and yet minimal. I have a day for deadlifts in which I
will finish with some heavy OHP work, then a whole day dedicated to bench or
bench variations. And then I have two assistance days for deadlifts and bench
press. On these days I am going to juggle some heavy squat variation, a
technique version of it, some OHP work and Dips and then direct back training
for volume.
Front Squats Technique
Work @ 72.4%:
105 kgs x 2 reps x 4
sets
Weighted Pull-ups:
+25 x (2 + 2) x 2
Cluster Sets
Chained Dips:
+28,5 x 4 x 2
