DEADLIFT Day
The supersets between
Good Mornings and Chained Deadlifts really wore me down today. Being ambitious,
maybe too much so; I attempted 202,5 kgs + 34c on CDLs for a single and it
absolutely wrecked me. It felt like I was stuck at knee height for hours but
actually it was just a few seconds - and that IS a lot of force I am using to
pull the bar up. I am going to try to turn this single into a double next
session and after that I think it will be time to reduce the intensity and
rebuild.
