SQUAT
& PRESS Training
I had to shuffle the exercises a bit
but I am super pleased with how Squats are progressing. Literally baby steps
but the comfort I am feeling with them is excellent. I am going to rotate
Anderson Front Squats on my Technique Squats day. I should probably do more OHP
work so I am going to figure out how to get that in.
