Extra Workout
I got this workout done
just to prepare myself for Deadlifts which will happen in a couple of days.
Most of this week has been off and I think it has helped because my appetite is
climbing back. Today was a short workout just to be ready. Tomorrow, I will do
a single with 125 for Front Squats and then I'll do some Chained Dips and that
should put me back in the game as far as Deadlifts and Bench Press go. If after
this I am still floundering on deadlifts: it means some significant time off to
recuperate is due.
Front Squats:
105 kgs x 3 reps
115 x 2
125 x 1
135 x 1
140 x 1 @ 96.6%
Rolling Thunder:
50 x 6s x 3 sets
V = 18
Rope Pull-ups:
BW x 5 x 2
Hammer Curls:
10 x 10 x 3
