Training
I am backing off the
intensity (a bit) on Front Squat and working on volume. This is just to change
things up. I missed some of the reps on OHP work because I literally could not
breathe in this summer heat. As a side note, I want to point out that. I don't
consider myself a powerlifter or even someone who engages in powerlifting
training because I only focus on two exercises: the deadlift and the bench
press and everything I do is to push those numbers up albeit one baby kilo at a
time. Each and every thing I do is tailor made to fit this goal. Being the best
deadlifter and bench presser that I can be is all I care about.
