SQUATS & TRICEP Day
What a roller-coaster of
a week! I managed to get everything done and I am going to be switching up my
template from next week. I have stuck to my plan for deadlifts for 8 months and
now I have begun to overreach. I spoke to my mentor Eric Troy and I am going to
be scaling everything down and getting back to basics and rebuilding from
there. I'll explain more when my DL workout rolls around. The key phrase for
the immediate future is: Consolidation Cycle and for everyone who is familiar
with Eric's methods you know it is going to be a whole new and exciting
challenge!
Front Squats:
