POSTERIOR CHAIN Training
As a follow-up to the
last post, this is the half bit of my Posterior Chain Training workout that I
completed today. Weighted Dips, Barbell Rows and additional Bicep & Grip
stuff will be done later in the week. I progressed on Good Mornings and Snatch
Grip Deadlifts using basic progression: Single Double Triple (SDT) Progression
by Eric Troy. Because the only progression was via addition of reps, this is
Single Progression. I am being conservative on this but let me assure you that
doing all that volume is not a stroll in the park!
