Easing into Unilateral
leg training. The Front Squats were a breeze after the Split Squats. I think I
will add in some Pistol Squats and replace the walkouts with Anderson Squats.
So my overall squat lineup will be:
Pistol Squats 2-3 sets x
5-15 reps
Split Squats: 2-3 sets x
5-15 reps
Front Squats 1-2 sets
1-3 reps
Anderson Back Squats 1-2
set 3-8 reps
But this will happen
over time. I am just getting started with this. But this will become into an
even more fun workout: Squat Medley followed by Overhead Press Medley.

20 kgs x 5 reps x 3 sets

125 x 1 paused

165 x 9 seconds
