DEADLIFT Day
I want to say that it is
time (or close to the time) that I reset deadlifts because I have been
aggressively progressing on all 4 of my deadlift workouts in rotation but I
know this is premature. This is an amber level signal of what may happen so it
is time to keep my head in the game. The next couple of workouts or rotations
might be stagnant but that is to see if I really need a reset or is my body
just toying with me. My gut instinct and experience tells me that I will need
to reset in a few rotations but I still have room to squeeze out progress. This
workout was grueling and fun. I love Chained Deadlifts and supersetting them
with Good Mornings is fun and painful lol. I have progressed from last workout
by adding a rep to the good mornings and to the chained deadlifts.
