EXTRA Workout 2
I've been down with
fever for most of last week so I waited a couple of days, took the old school
road of getting some calories down before attempting this introduction workout.
It went splendidly well and my new template is going to be very simple and
minimal for the time being. The first workout is for Deadlifts either on Friday
or Saturday then the next workout is for Bench Press and then I will have 1-2
Assistance days with Front Squats, Bench Assistance work and Rows. I'll
probably throw in 1-2 workouts for Grip, Biceps and Triceps too.
Front Squats:
105 kgs x 3 reps
115 x 2
125 x 1
135 x 1 @ 93.1%
141,5 x 1 @ 97.6%
Unilateral Overhead
Press:
20 x 13
20 x 10
25 x 8
30 x 6
