BENCH Day
I really wanted to break
my benchmark of 7 reps with 100 kgs but today was not the day. I think it is
going to take a lot of work to cross 7 but I know that once I cross 7 I will go
through 8, 9 and 10 relatively quickly. So to breach this I am going to begin
doing rest-paused sets to keep bumping up the volume one baby step at a time.
Eventually 7 reps will be a thing of the past.
