M95C26T3 Chained Pull-ups, Pistol Squats, Good Mornings & Snatch Grip Deadlifts

POSTERIOR CHAIN Training

This was a behemoth of a workout. I skipped this workout on Monday so I was forced to club it today with Shoulders & Legs. I did this workout, took a 25 minute break for coffee and a slab of chocolate and then killed OHP & Squats. I spoke to Eric Troy about my setup for this day and it turns out in my stubbornness I have bitten off more than I can chew so now I have to reset SDT on GM & DL for the THIRD time (fml). Eric has reworked the order of my exercises and the way he has set it up now I will be pre-exhausting my back and quads before GM & DL.

Chained Pull-ups:
17 kgs x 3 reps x 5 sets
BW x 5 x 2

DB Rows:
25 x 15 x 3

Low to High Band Rows:
#2 x 20 x 5

Back Volume = 170

Pistol Squats:
5 x 2 x 3

Good Mornings SDT Progression:
85 x 5 x 3
New Base

Snatch Grip Deadlifts SDT:
105 x 5 x 3
New Base

Rolling Thunder:
55 x 2s x 4
V = 8s
Rope Pull-ups:
BW x 5 x 2
EZ Curls:
25 x 10, 8, 10
30 x 8, 8
