EXTRA Workout

My shoulders were really sore today. I think the high volume Unilateral OHPs from last night really did the trick. So I got in some grip work and a couple of sets of OHP and some Bicep training to make sure my elbow issues don't creep up again.

Fat Gripz:
85 kgs x 5 seconds
92,5 x 3
93,5 x 3 PR
90 x 2
85 x 3
75 x 8
V = 24

Overhead Press:
75 x 2 x 2 sets

Preacher Curls:

10 x 6 x 3
