I should have doing some
mobility drills before Back Squats and next time I have to remember to push my
knees out while getting out of the hole. In the video, you will see that OHP
with 75 kgs and 80 almost killed me. That is because I was running on 3 hours
of sleep and on a lot of coffee and very little water. So I drank half a litre
as soon as the 80 kilo set got done and my strength and control of the weights
returned.
