SQUAT Training
I've skipped too many
workouts this week so now everything has come together in a huge cluster and
this is a lot of work I have to complete in limited time. I hate it when I have
to miss sessions - keeping on track is a luxury at times. I really shouldn't be
doing squats on the same day as good mornings and snatch grip deadlifts but
sometimes there is no choice. I got everything I wanted so I'm not complaining.
