SQUAT, TRICEP &
SHOULDER Day
I skipped one workout
this week so I decided to squeeze everything into this one session. I did not
compromise on Chained Dips but I had to cut back a bit on squats and overhead
work. The key was to progress on dips and hit everything else in a way that
does not disrupt my deadlift workout - which is just a few hours away.
Anderson Front Squats:

Chained Dips:
10 kgs + 8,5c x 6
15 + 8,5c x 5
20 + 8,5c x 4 x 2 sets
8,5c x 6
8,5c x 5 x 4
Volume = 45
Unilateral OHP:
20 x 12
25 x 8
30 x 6
Overhead Press:
65 x 7
70 x 6
80 x 4
OHP Pin Press:
75 x 5
77,5 x 2
Tricep Band Pressdowns:
