BENCH Day
I am a day late getting
this workout done and I went into the workout feeling absolutely terrible. In
hindsight, I wish I had taken my usual nap because I was yawning and flailing
all through this session. I can't complain much because I did progress and I am
afraid I may have been too aggressive. Well, as long as I keep doing a little
more each week than the previous week I am moving forward so I am happy.
