This is the volume work for rows that I was supposed to do after good mornings and snatch grip deadlifts but I pushed it to the next day.

Deloaded BB Rows:
85 kgs x 3 reps x 5 sets
75 x 3 x 5

Bent Over BB Rows:
75 x 10 x 4

High to Low Band Rows:
#3 x 10 x 4
Low to High Band Rows:
#2 x 15 x 4

Biceps & Grip Stuff:
Rolling Thunder Intensity
Rope Pull-ups
Preacher Curls
Hammer Curls

Reverse Wrist Curls
