DEADLIFT INTENSITY
After last week's deload
I was excited to get back to training. This new template is going to be a real
challenge! Today's workout went as planned.
Good Mornings:
Warm-up to 145 kgs x 3
reps
@ 91% of Benchmark
Chained Deadlifts:
200 + 34c x 2 x 2 sets
Overhead Press:
85 x 2 @ Benchmark
75 x 3 + 3 + 4 RP
Weighted Pull-ups:
25 x 2 x 2
Hammer Curls:
10 x 10 x 2
