DEADLIFT Day
This was a brutal and
challenging workout. This is my first heavy DL day since 10th March. I was
rusty and a bit off my groove and yet I managed to hit an all-time high in
terms of workload on the Banded Deadlifts. I will move into PR territory next
rotation. The regular Deadlifts were very difficult for me. Part of it is a
mental game that I was losing and the other is general fatigue. All the
attempts that failed were broken off the floor - my issue is that somewhere
around the knee I get weak (lol). I am not sure how I plan on progressing with
this workout next rotation. I want to nail a PR on banded DLs and then I want
to reset the volume. I hope on the reset I get the strength to work through 233
and hit 240.
