Grueling workout. I
think it is time to switch out Back Squats for Anderson Front Squats. Overhead
Press volume (on the whole) is increasing every week. I was worried I would
need to reset but I have some avenues to turn to once I hit my rep maxes;
rest-pause, cluster and dropsets. This way I won't have to reset for a while.
