POSTERIOR CHAIN Training
This was a rushed
workout. And I also took a gamble with Pistol Squats just to see where I am at
with them. I think in a couple of sessions I can dial my technique back in. The
right leg is going to be a problem because I am not as coordinated with it as I
am with the left. With sufficient practice it will even out. But beyond that
the workout was good. Snatch Grip Deadlifts killed me and the back work had
some serious volume. I think with the Good Mornings I may have bitten off more
than I can chew because they were brutal too. Maybe it is time to reset SDT.
