DEADLIFT Day 2

Good workout because Chained Deadlifts were as smooth as butter on bread. I think the low volume high intensity Squat training is going to give me immediate relief and added to this is the overall reduced volume Eric Troy is putting me through.  

Good Mornings:
Warm-up to @ 91% of Benchmark 160 kgs
145 kgs x 3 reps

Chained Deadlifts:
200 + 34c x 2 x 2 sets

Chained Dips:
8,5 x 5 x 6
V = 30
Weekly Volume = 65

BB Rows:
75 x 5 x 6
V = 30

Pistol Squats:
5 x 3 x 2

Rolling Thunder:
50 x 4s x 2
Rope Pull-ups:
BW x 5 x 2
Preacher Curls:

10 x 8 x 2
