DEADLIFT Day 2
Good workout because
Chained Deadlifts were as smooth as butter on bread. I think the low volume
high intensity Squat training is going to give me immediate relief and added to
this is the overall reduced volume Eric Troy is putting me through.

Rolling Thunder:

Rope Pull-ups:

Preacher Curls:
