BENCH Day
I am always excited for
rep work on Bench Press. The better I get at this the easier the heavier
triples doubles and singles begin to feel. I was also excited to use my new
intra-workout concoction of whey mixed in coffee but I think it backfired
because I used too much whey and too little coffee powder. I thought the PR on
100 kgs for 7 reps was good and then the subsequent sets of 6 were absolutely
slow and sluggish but on closer inspection of the video this is not the
case...so this is definitely a mental game. I could have added more reps to
Chained Dips but I want to keep this progression conservative and sustainable.
