BENCH PRESS Day
I am going to switch up
my 3rd BP workout which is usually dedicated to rep work on bench. I will add
in some #1 Banded Pin Presses and then after 5 sets of these I will do 3 sets
of high rep regular Bench work. Today's workout was rock solid and things are
moving forward as expected. Everything is improving except DL lol... Experience
tells me it is time to ride out the wave. Things will begin coming together
soon. Next up is getting my appetite back on track.
