TRICEP Day
I've switched up the
order of some of the workouts for this week. Chained Dips felt really strong
and yet very very challenging.
Chained Dips:
10 kgs + 8,5c x 6
15 + 8,5c x 5
20 + 8,5c x 4 x 2 sets
Dips:
BW x 12 x 3
BW x 14
Volume = 69
Tricep Band Pressdowns:
#1 x 20 x 6
