FEEDER Workout
This is a super-short
workout I did 24 hours after deadlifts. I'm calling it a "Feeder"
workout just for kicks. Actually feeder workouts have a bit more volume than 4
reps...but I'll take it lol.
Weighted Pull-ups:
+25 kgs x 2 reps x 2
sets
Preacher Curls
