TRICEP Day
Eric Troy spotted an
important mistake I have been making with my dips and this mistake is probably
why I have been experiencing shoulder discomfort and pain. Previously, I have
been placing my hands right by my side so this workout, upon Eric's instructions;
I moved my hands a little to the front of my body. It has made a good
difference in terms of pain and ease of movement.
Weighted Dips:
20 kgs x 6 reps
20 x 6
25 x 6
Dips:
BW x 12 x 4 sets
Tricep Band Pressdowns:
#1 x 20 x 6
