BENCH Day
I have reworked some of
my training template but I am going to run it for a couple of weeks before I
post it because I want to even out some of the kinks that are bound to come up
once I put it to practice. Today's Bench session was good. I could have hit a
PR with 100 kgs x 8 reps but I wanted to test the waters a bit so I did a
rest-pause of 7 + 1 instead and I am happy to see not a single set was failed
today. I skipped my Chained Dips workout last week and I think that did some
damage but I'll make up for it this week so I should be good for really heavy
Banded Bench Press next weekend.
