DEADLIFT Day

Consolidation Cycle was supposed to be a walk in the park for me because I am
coming off a very aggressive plan that I have exhausted over the last 8 months.
But Eric's apprehensions turned true and this ticking time bomb exploded today:
I failed miserably. So, it is time to take a step back. I am going to be
cruising on deadlifts for the next 2-3 weeks. I am going to work up to 3
triples @ 90% approximately and call it quits. I have overreached to the point
that it is dangerous for me to keep plodding ahead. I have also made some changes
to my workout routine but I will be sharing those after I try out this template
for a couple of weeks to make sure it is conservative enough. Eric will
strategize a new plan for deadlifts once I finish this 3 week
"cruise" on DL.
