DEADLIFT Day
My mentor Eric Troy has
thrown me into his Consolidation Cycle for Deadlifts. I can safely say that
this is going to be brutal and I was extremely anxious and nervous to attempt
243 kgs. I successfully completed the lift because of Coach Nemo's concern and
care. It took me 8 months to successfully complete my last plan for deadlifts
and I have overreached to the point that I am suffering a multitude of failed
attempts before I successfully complete a lift. Consolidation cycle will dial
everything into place and help me rebuild for the future. On a concluding note:
I repped out the last 3 singles @ 218 as a single.
