DEADLIFT Day
I think I rushed into
the Overhead Press last workout because I went into Deadlifts with a pumped
lower back. Usually, of all the things that happen to me; I do not have a lower
back pump when I train my deadlifts. So having that nagging pain was very
annoying and setting up for deadlifts became a chore. So, I am not too happy
about this. But, despite this annoyance, I hit a PR on Chained Deadlifts with
201,5 + 34 kgs in chains so that's something to rejoice about. I did some OHP
work at the end to get used to the movement and make it a sort of
"feeder" workout for the previous OHP dedicated session. I should
have done more reps (the weight felt feather light) but I didn't want to rush
it. Supersetting Chained Deadlifts with Good Mornings is a real roller-coaster
ride. I love it.
