BENCH Day
I sort of pre-exhausted
my arms before bench work which wasn't the smartest idea of the day because when
I got around to bench I was really sluggish and then I got my butt kicked on
chained dips. I did all my grip work, triceps and biceps a couple of hours
before bench and dips and during that gap there was no food or anything. This
wasn't the best idea, but trembling hands, numb arms, feelings and tears aside:
I hit everything I wanted and that speaks volumes about my workload tolerance.
This is exactly what I want and how Eric Troy has trained me to perform so I am
happy.
Rope Pull-ups:
