DEADLIFT Day
This is the second time
I am doing Good Mornings and Deadlifts within a span of 72 hours. I also got in
a heavy squat workout before this and within these 72 hours I have nailed 289
reps of direct back work. So given all this, and the fact that I was a bloated
whale when I began the workout; it ended on a high note. I improved the
intensity on GM and I added a rep to the Pullups across all supersets. The
bottom position of the DL is getting more comfortable to be in. As usual the
first rep of every DL set is brutal but then things come together like glue.
