SQUAT Training
A hell of a lot of
volume for back and triceps to make up for stuff I skipped last session. So I
effectively squeezed 5 workouts into 4 workouts.
Front Squats:
125 kgs x 3 reps
135 x 2
Drop Set- 140 x 1 @ 98%,
125 x 2
Weighted Dips:
+20 x 6 x 2 sets
Back & Tricep
Superset 1:
High to Low Band Rows #2 x 10 x 5
Tricep Pressdowns #1 x 20 x 5
Low to High #2 x 10 x 5
Back & Tricep
Superset 2:
Deloaded Rows 75 x 5 x 10
Dips: BW x 5 x 10
Grip Stuff:
Rolling Thunder
Intensity
Rope Pull-ups
Preacher Curls
Hammer Curls
Reverse Wrist Curls
