POSTERIOR CHAIN Training

The order of workouts for this whole week have gone for a toss but I am getting everything done and the only sacrifice is no heavy DL day this week. As for this workout: very tiring.

Chained Pull-ups:

High to Low Band Rows:

Low to High Band Rows:

Snatch Grip Deadlifts SDT:

Preacher Curls (Strict):
