POSTERIOR CHAIN Training

Without going into extreme detail: I was having some stomach issues so I bailed on the rest of the workout. I got the high rep good mornings and snatch grip deadlifts out of the way and threw in the towel for the day. I progressed on GM and SGDL by adding reps. Single Progression on SDT.  

Good Morning SDT Progression:
125 x 10 x 4 sets
SP = R

Snatch Grip Deadlifts SDT Progression:
145 x 8 x 3

SP = R
