POSTERIOR CHAIN Training
Without going into
extreme detail: I was having some stomach issues so I bailed on the rest of the
workout. I got the high rep good mornings and snatch grip deadlifts out of the
way and threw in the towel for the day. I progressed on GM and SGDL by adding
reps. Single Progression on SDT.
