GRIP Training
I was ridiculously sore
from Deadlifts and OHP work. Rolling Thunder is a real tough nut to crack. I am
hoping I can do 60 kgs soon.
Rolling Thunder:
55 kgs x 3 seconds

Rope Pull-ups:
BW x 5 x 2 sets
Forearms:
4 sets
Banded Facepulls:
#1 x 35 x 2
