GRIP Training

I was ridiculously sore from Deadlifts and OHP work. Rolling Thunder is a real tough nut to crack. I am hoping I can do 60 kgs soon.

Rolling Thunder:
55 kgs x 3 seconds
55 x 2
50 x 5
50 x 5
50 x 4
V = 19

Rope Pull-ups:
BW x 5 x 2 sets

Forearms:
4 sets

Banded Facepulls:

#1 x 35 x 2
