TRICEP Day
I went into this session
ridiculously sore and tired and therefore I decided to switch things up.
Instead of improving on what I did last session, I chalked out a different
plan. If you crunch the numbers, I dropped the volume by 20% from 69 reps to 45
and I increased the average intensity by 28.8% from 6.6 kgs to 8.5 kgs of added
weight on the dips. In a way this is a big improvement and much more
challenging on the whole.
Chained Dips:
8,5 kgs x 5 reps x 9

Tricep Band Pressdowns:
#1 x 20 x 6
