OVERHEAD PRESS Training
You know when it comes
to nutrition for maximal strength; it always boils down to performance. And
today is a classic example of that. I haven't been eating much in the last few
days - probably about 50-60% of how much I normally eat. And then today while
training OHP I had several blackout scares. Pure fatigue catching up to me. I
still managed to pull through but this was definitely a mental game.
