GRIP Training

I supersetted holds with the Fat Gripz and Hammer Curls. This was quick and very challenging to up the volume.

Fat Gripz:
85 kgs x 6 seconds
92,5 x 3
92,5 x 2 + 2
90 x 1 + 1 + 2
85 x 5
75 x 7
V = 30 (+5)

Hammer Curls:

10 x 10 reps x 6 sets
