M95C22T3 Volume Training on Good Mornings & Snatch Grip Deadlifts

POSTERIOR CHAIN Training

I'm not feeling very well but I did manage to plod through this workout. I added some weight to the Good Mornings (so that's single progression by weight) and then I added reps to the Snatch Grip Deadlifts (single progression by reps).   

Good Morning SDT Progression:
126,5 kgs x 10 reps x 4 sets
SP = W

Snatch Grip Deadlifts SDT Progression:
145 x 9 x 3
SP = R

High to Low Band Rows:
#3 x 10 x 4
#2 x 15 x 4

Low to High Band Rows:
#3 x 10 x 4
#2 x 15 x 4

Biceps & Grip Stuff:
Rolling Thunder Intensity
Rope Pull-ups
Preacher Curls
Hammer Curls

Reverse Wrist Curls
