OVERHEAD PRESS Training
I switched around some
of the OHP work and I am going to build on this so I have listed this as a sort
of "base" week. Being the eager beaver that I am; I did stretch
myself a little thin on the main OHP work and I may just come to regret that in
the future - we'll see.
